Raise a ticket
A third party service from Samanage is used to provide functionality for our customers to be able to raise a support ticket from our website. This service portal that has been specifically developed for incident management and requires the IP address of visitors to the website to deliver this service. Remote support
Debouge Tech uses a third party service from LogMeIn to provide customers with “Rescue” remote support. This software allows us to connect to our customers’ PC, Mac, Ios and Android to see the problem they are having on their device, on-screen, as if through the customers’ eyes. This helps us to solve the problem seamlessly and securely through remote support. In order to deliver this service LogMeIn processes information generated through use of the Service, either entered by you or others who use the Services with you (for example, schedules, attendee info, etc.), or from the Service infrastructure itself, (for example, duration of session, use of webcams, connection information, etc.)  LogMeIn may also collect usage and log data about how the services are accessed and used, including information about the device you are using the Services on, IP addresses, location information, language settings, what operating system you are using, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data to help support the Services. Security and performance

Vimeo and YouTube
We embed videos from our official Vimeo channel and YouTube channel using their respective privacy-enhanced mode.
